Discovery+ was included with my skyq package. I have switched to sky stream and have discovered that I have to pay a subscription for discovery+ as I don't have sky cinema. I didn't have sky cinema when I had skyq but still had access to discovery+. I wasn't aware that I would lose + when I switched to sky stream. I hoped that Customer service woould offer + as a good will gesture but no joy.

@josh+prior Are you confusing paramount plus with discovery plus as discovery plus isn't part of the cinema offering but paramount plus is

discovery plus entertainment is included as standard with the base package, however paramount plus is only included for free (ad supported tier) if you have cinema

so do you have a cinema subscription on stream?

I don't have a cinema subscription on Stream. it's definetely discovery+ I'm talking about.

just managed to add discovery plus to my package free of charge.
