@PER1 wrote:

I am using sky stream with a puck since November and service is intermittent. Sound goes then grey screen. Sometimes a reboot works but it is not always on one channel but multiple channels. Watching the Olympics is easy using my smart tv but when using Sky it really is frustrating. I have BT full fibre and speeds are more than required. Any advice please?

What does "speeds are more than required" mean? You need to measure the actual speed your puck is receiving, not the speed your ISP says you are receiving.

Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This will give you an idea of the speed being received. It needs to be a constant 25Mbps absolute minimum with no interference for the puck to function reliably.

Stream pucks are quite susceptible to interference from other devices and don't like speed fluctutations.
