    <description>&lt;P&gt;I read lots of posts on the exact same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been watching a series on Paramount plus for a couple of months. Since early last week, I've had no way of viewing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On selecting Paramount plus directly, or via Continue watching, or my Play list I get the option to log on to the new free with ads version. When I click on this nothing happens at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirmed in setting that this is active in setting numerous times and it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplugged from the power for 15 minutes (a few times now) no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Undated apps, more the 4 times over the days it's been unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky increase their cost, reduce the options available to us (especially on Sports channels) then are not providing the services that they say they do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a resolution for this Please&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Irene &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
