    <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I am watching Discovery Plus or Netflix, after a few mins the sound drops and i get the Network Connection messsage on my Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;There are no problems with my Reuter or WiFi, yet I go and reset in Settings as per instructed. &amp;nbsp;There are no issues with any other devices and everything else stays connected. &amp;nbsp;I can also still access Sky TV. &amp;nbsp;I have Sky Fibre 500. &amp;nbsp;It's becoming embarrassing as twice now I have had friends round to watch Netflix and it just cuts out! &amp;nbsp;Super annoying too! &amp;nbsp;Anyone any ideas??&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4503127"&gt;@DollyCee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried an App refresh? If not go into Settings, System management, Reset, and select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;This does take a few minutes but will eventually automatically return you to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;See if that helps but if not leave it for 24 hours as the app refresh continues to works for several hours. &amp;nbsp;I hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly the same issue happened today. &amp;nbsp;It happens far too frequently for it to be a one time problem but thank you for replying. &amp;nbsp;I think I'll need to make a formal complaint as I am not quite getting the service I am paying for and trying to get to speak someone is impossible!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
