ADVERT FOR DRAMA FREEZING TV

Hi, watching tv in our bedroom on a Puck, an advert for an ITV drama has been coming on, silently showing a few scenes and disabling the telly, you have to change to another channel to clear it. Its happening a few times a day now and not just when watching itv. Anyone else seeing this ?

@Kynanisme555 Does it happen when watching live tv, or just when using apps such as ITVX? Either way try two things. Go to Settings (use the voice button is easiest) go to System management, Resets & updates and chose App refresh. This takes a few minutes so wait for it to go back to the Home Screen. Then go back into the same settings but this time chose Restart. Again wait for it to reset and return you to the Home Screen. See if that fixes it for you

Is the image from "Betrayal" by any chance? If so, that is a known problem being worked on. I've no idea when it will be fixed but I've seen the same thing recently.
