Sky stream TP Link Deco Issues

Hello,

I’ve recently set up a TP-Link Deco mesh system for our Wi-Fi, and after a couple of days I noticed that our Sky Stream box has been intermittently losing its wireless internet connection. After doing some Googling, I found that others have experienced similar issues but not with the Sky Stream which I'm led to believe should be working fine with a mesh system. I should also note that I have replaced the Sky broadband router with the Deco rather than using the Deco as a booster.

I’d prefer not to use an Ethernet cable between the Deco and the Sky stream as that wouldn’t be convenient, so I’m hoping to avoid that if possible. The only temporary fix I’ve found so far is turning off both the Deco Wi-Fi (at the wall) and the Sky Strean box, then turning them back on again.

Any help appreciated!

The Deco works beautifully with my other devices just not with Stream. Something is obviously happening with the connection when you turn the Stream off. It loses the WiFi. I think it's something in the Stream stopping it working.
