      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried watching a movie bought off sky store using sky stream and it keeps buffering every 2 min , anyway tried casting from phone and works great .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky stream is running off WiFi with speeds of around 110mbps (Netflix speed test)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's frustrating cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4613337"&gt;@Dallen116&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That strange. &amp;nbsp;I can only suggest two things. &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure if Sky Store is an app but try an App refresh. &amp;nbsp;Go to Settings then System management, then Reset and select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;This does take quite a few minutes but wait until you are automatically returned to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;Then go back into the same settings and select Restart tv. &amp;nbsp;Again wait for it turn off and restart and then see if it has sorted it out. &amp;nbsp;If not let us know and someone else on here may have a better idea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's only Sky Store you are seeing this issue, it sounds like your Sky Store app may have some kind of cache issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First try a settings restart of your Sky Stream puck and also a broadband hub/restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then do an apps refresh, the Sky Store on Sky Stream is currently a basic type app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing. The app refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried to watch sky sports uhd and kept pausing and showed technical fault blue screen I restarted the puck and now works fine , i wonder if it's best completely shutting off the puck at night&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
