    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help!!! my puck keeps freezing , especially during football! or it frequently turns off and i have to reboot the puck. its also now not letting me log into apple !&amp;nbsp; any advice appreciated, i spoke to sky who ran through updates etc and now its worse if thats possible.
