    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is always excessive bandwidth usage the excuse? Picture freezing has nothing to do with bandwidth use. Its frame grabbing, which means there's an issue with either the puck hardware or the stream decoding. We've done what Sky have suggested and it's done nothing to fix the problem and the sound cracking is just as bad. There's definitely something wrong with the software and a fix is certainly required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
