Holi So up untill about 2 weeks ago my sky stream was fine. Now my connection fails and I can't use the apps without resetting the router. If I go to use YouTube or netflix it says your bit connected, when Infact it's actually connected because I wouldn't be getting any sky channels otherwise. No issues with any other devices on my network, ethernet or WiFi. I can't keep resetting this everyday it's fng annoying. Any suggestions? Many thanks Steve

Hi

It is EE yes, heard a few having the same issues. I did switch to WiFi for the first half of the football yesterday and there was horrid tracing so switched back to ethernet at half time which made a big difference in pic quality for me.

Any ideas to keep the ethernet connection from dropping out?

Not using any WiFi extenders. Ethernet is straight to router.

Thanks
