The puck does not have a speed or signal test, so no way to say 'it has a good connection'.

workaround is to go to netflix on the puck, in the netflix settings somewhere, you will find a speed test.

I assume you are connecting via wi-fi. Try connecting directly to the routher with an Ethernet cable.

What speed is your bb when running a speed test?

How many uses on your bb and how heavy is their data use?

Stream needs a good 25mb minimum, all to itself, to work.

Our sky puck is having trouble connecting to the internet. We have a good connection and then it will disconnect for no reason and say 'no signal'. I've tried resetting the box several times but it is not consistent and so bad that I am unable to watch anything on sky and considering cancelling my subscription...any help

or ideas welcome...thanks!
