Sky stream Puck not turning on Sky Soundbox

Hi all,

I was with Sky Q for years then cancelled and went to Freesat for a few months now decided I wanted to go back to Sky so got the stream. the only issue is my Sky Soundbox doesn't turn on with the puck is so have to use the soundbox remote each time to switch it on. is there a way to fix this so i don't have to use two remotes. it's controlling the soundbox volume but not the power.

I have the same issue. Was this ever resolved?
