      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using Sky stream with new LG G4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week we had a total outage on our new build estate for 8 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still we were re connects I ve been having issues with the stream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep losing picture and getting usual please wait etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset and loaded password numerous times&amp;nbsp; it has become unwatchable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On settings shows poor connection and then drops out .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alexa phones etc work fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has worked pretty much fine in the 3 months we have been in new house until after the outage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Puck located behind wall mounted Tv&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hub connections are located in a cupboard in hall. As said has worked fine up till outage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have opened cupboard and leave hub in hallway and seems a lot better but cannot keep it out in hall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would an wifi extender be useful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The best option would be to use ethernet cable / homeplugs. It's not recommended putting a router in a cupboard as you mentioned the signal is better when not in said cupboard.
