Sky stream keeps restarting

Hi, over the last month or so our sky stream keeps resetting itself midway through watching tv. It takes a few minutes and works again but it's becoming very annoying now, especially when it was happening during the live euro games. Anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Hi, did you get a solution for this? My stream puck has recently started to restart randomly. It is very frustrating. I'd be grateful for any ideas about what could be causing it.

They had to resend a new puk and since it's been fine

The same has started happening to me. Trying to watch a live game on sky sports plus and it reverts back to the start. Half the match is over before I can watch it live.

We are also having this issue with 2 of our pucks now. Just randomly freezes then switches itself off nad reboots - did it 3 times last nigth and we missed crucial parts of htemovie we were watching on live tv. Getting to be very annoying,
