topic Sky streaming connection issues in Sky Stream

Just got streaming puck but connection keeps dropping off on my main TV. Sky display shows on screen but connection then falls off and keeps trying to connect but fails and then the light goes off on the puck. However, it works ok on another TV I tried so suggests there is an issue with my main TV. Might be the HDMI connection which is slightly loose or a problem with the TV itself. Has anyone had a similar problem or could suggest what else it might be?

I've had sky stream and glass for around 1 week and tbh the whole system is terrible. I will phone in the morning and cancel because I'm still in my 31 day cooling off period !!!

keeps glitching , quality is terrible , don't even bother if you want to watch live sport ..... you miss half the games and commentary is not in speed with the footage!!!

you also can't record and it works on a separate system to sky q so you lose all use of the other boxes!!!!

worst product I've ever had from sky !!!

Sorry to hear that and thanks for your reply. I'm going to ask a local TV repair place about it and get it checked by them if necessary. As I mentioned, it might be the TV itself.
