You will need to speak to sky to understand why the order was cancelled.       <title>Not recieved my puck</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sky puck over a week ago, my account has been updated to reflect it through the £10 per month per puck charge however i have not recieved the puck just an email from sky on jan 25th telling me the service was cancelled etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i ordered the puck there was no set up fee where as now they want £39.95, has anyone else had the same predicament.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rob&lt;/P&gt;</description>
