TNT/Discovery+

I have SkyGo. I pay for TNT Sports. I want to watch the Arsenl game on TNT Sports7 tonight and it looks like I can't. I believe this is a Discovery+ channel. Do I have to have a separate subscription to Discover +?

No just log in with your tnt sport log in. I can confirm the match is on discovery plus my wife is watching it at the moment

I pay for tnt sports, but tonight I can only see 3 champions league games on the sky go app and puck. Why can I not see the other tnt sports channels

Thanks for the reply. I dont have a separate TNT log in. I moved it all via Sky. When i try logging in with the code then it asks me for my email address and says that the email address does not exist

@Martin304 all games are available via discovery plus app which you should have access to with your tnt sports subscription

When I log into the discovery app it let's me log in, then asks me to review my subscription (previously subscribed via ee/BT)

There actuly 4 on Sky Q I would assume that should be the same for Sky stream as they both the TNT sports channels the reminder on the discovery plus app

I have TNT and Discovery + but I could not watch the Frankfurt v Tottenham game tonight. Like you it was asking me once logged in to subscribe. Not impressed as we pay for this already. Sky this is not good enough.

If your tnt subscription is now part of your Sky package you need to log in to discovery plus with you Sky ID log in

Doesn't let me log into discovery without renewing my subscription. If I use my Sky login, same thing.

I don't have Sky stream I have Sky Q and to log in to discovery plus plus I just use my Sky ID and tnt sports on there. However Sky Q dose not have discovery plus as part of core package, it only available tnt sports subscribers, How ever I think Sky stream has the basic discovery plus as part it the basic package so if you use you Sky ID you will get that. In that case there seems to bit of a issue. I have feeling if you contacted Sky they would say you need to contacont discovery + as it there app and not in control of Sky

Hi. We are having the same problem.. It's infuriating ! Been on to Sky for the past hour. I understand it's a problem with usage overload (operator at Sky intimated at the end of our fruitless attempts). We've sent a complaint on Sky's advice via the form which is linked in your Sky account under Complaints. Suggest you do the same. Good luck .. hope you had better luck than us! We've had to settle for the Napoli v Chelsea match 😞

There seems to be a issue with Sky stream customers getting tnt sports on discovery plus I don't have Sky stream I have SkyQ and I have no problem puting my Sky log in details into the discovery + app and I get the. Discover plus service including tnt sports. How as many found to night as the basic discovery + is part of the Sky stream bascuc package when you you use the Sky login they are getting there message they need to upgrade there discovery+ subscription as discovery plus appears not recernise a tnt sports subcrition on sky steam. Sky Q use don't have that problem as discovery + basis is not part of a normal basic Sky package. I think it something Sky and tnt are going to have sorted outbecause you might as well not have tnt sports on your Sky stream package and just subscribe to the discovery plus app because that cost to upgrade you discovery plus subscption . You would then access to all tnt sports channels including extra ones though the app, you just would not be able to view them on the linner Sky channels.

I have eventually sorted it.

Somehow I had to associate my sky account with my discovery plus account.

So through various attempts, I believe I have it sorted, (although I don't know how I got there🤣🤣🤣)

thanks for the response. When I tried contacting SKY, I got their infuriating bot asking me what i wanted to talk about and even when asking to speak to an agent I got nowhere. I will put in a complaint if I was entitled to have access to this

I have the basic Discovery + through my Sky account and just TNT Sport direct from Discovery +. It means two separate accounts and a Fire TV Stick. The advantage of subscribing through Discovery + is you can install the app on as many devices as you want and share it outside of your address. The only limitation is your can only stream on two devices simultaneously.

To me the the Sky stream system of intergration of app and channes is a definite no no for me ever getting Sky stream. With Sky Q as the apps are separate, what I have now I have full access to the complete discovery plus service on the app on my box and can add the same subscription to various another device like my iPhone and firestick with just using my Sky Sky id log in. I had no problem last night watching the Arsenal match on discovery plus as part of TNT subscription though my Sky package. I gather from comments on here yesterday on Sky stepream your TNT though Sky only allows you viewing TNT on the linner channels and using the discovery + app with you Sky id only gives you access to the basic discovery + service. And you needed a another sprate discovery + subscription of £31 to gain access to the extra TNT channels and sport on discovery plus +. To me this defernateno no for me ever getting Sky stream, when Sky Q aventuly goes I would be better off with just a firestick and now tv for Sky sports and discovery plus app forcTNT. May be by then there may be Freely box available with these apps as wel.

Thats not necessarily correct.

You need to login to Discovery + with the credentials of the Discovery + account that has been linked with your Sky account. That may or may not be the same credentials as a person uses for their Sky ID ( and for security reasons certainly shouldn't be the same email and password combination used for your Sky ID).
