You will need to provide more information for the community to assist. When does it go white? When you turn on? Watch live TV? Specific apps? Is this a new install? What TV are you using etc.

Remember we are fellow customers and no nothing about you and your setup unless you tell us!

Picture goes white ,or sound goes off on different channels, i am using hisense tv
