    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4601051"&gt;@BW9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Two thing to try. &amp;nbsp;At the first sign of any issue&amp;nbsp;I always reboot my puck by going to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt;Resets&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; updates &amp;gt; restart device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once done I would also run the refresh Apps from the same menu structure. &amp;nbsp;Although you can still use your Puck whilst this is happening in the background I tend to do it overnight as it can take a few hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box if yiu have not done so already.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Different ways to get to the settings menu;&lt;BR /&gt;Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that still does not help, try an apps refresh;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;It can take up to 24 hours for the apps refresh to fully complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
