    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last week, I have been unable to access Paramount+ on the Sky Stream. When I run the Paramount app, I get invited to "Activate" the Paramount plus app ( obviously I had done this previously). When I then login, I get the "Uh-Oh there is a problem" message and cannot proceed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I attempt to log in to a mobile device, I get the message that I don't have an active subscription and need to pay to subscribe. I have tried on various platforms and done all the standard things like re-installing the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called Sky who suggested that I do a factory reset of the Sky Stream puck - this didn't solve the problem.I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted Paramount who said that they know this is a problem but didn't know the solution or how long it would take to fix it. It was implied that if I cancelled the Sky sub and subscribed directly to Paramount, then the problem would go away! I've been with Sky for 32 years so that would be a change!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you managed to get this resolved ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I am having exactly the same issue. Paramount+ has been working fine up until the begining of this week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then all of a sudden I started getting the message 'There is no active subscription on this account'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go through the Sky activation process it tells me my account is already subscribed to Paramount+&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No resolution - spent a few hours on the phone to Sky and Paramount about this over the last few days. The end result is (i) we don't know what the problem is; (ii) we don't have any timescale for resolution; (iii) this affects many Sky customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Separately, I have been trying to cancel the £3 a month that I pay to be ad-free on Paramount. The function to do this via the Sky puck does not work. The option to do this on the web-site does not work. Customer Services at Sky do not know how to do this. The Sky Technical team do not know how to do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised a complaint through the complaints process so we will see how that goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw that Paramount+ was free for a year with Sky VIP. Something useful on VIP is once in the proverbial blue moon, so I thought why not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Big mistake. An hour after signing up to the offer I can't log in. It either spins relentlessly or says "Oops you might not be connected to the Internet."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not seeking a solution, I've just cancelled and won't be trying again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Long live the King. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":television:"&gt;📺&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Would it help if we get your Paramount + issues escalated to one of the Sky experts that are part of the Sky Community escalation team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would save you a call as this is online chat based.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be you have a similar problems with OhOh type message as reported here, but maybe for different reasons you are getting the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got an email today from Paramount to tell me that after weeks of effort, they have finally resolved the issue. Unfortunately when I attempt to login, I find that the issue is alive and well as I am still unable to login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got in contact with Paramount to let them know that there seems to be a problem with their email system which is sending out "issue resolved" messages without having solved the problem. Back to the drawing board I think.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had all the same issues for 3 weeks...back and forth to paramount plus and sky with no joy until Friday...I called Sky and they removed paramount plus from my account which took less than 24 hours....I then went to sky market place and got paramount plus again...I activated it and logged in using my original paramount plus details and it all works fine again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I chose to sign in with a different account (but used my actual account) and then tried the sign in on my TV option,, not the Web.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email address and password needed, but once in, everything is working as it should&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They had to wipe my account from their system (basic and premium) and asked me to activate basic again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have access to basic now after a month of nothing, but sky have asked me not to upgrade to premium until the wider issue is resolved between paramount and sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the benefit of you posting is that it lets others know whag is happening and makes it more difficult for Sky advisors to "gaslight" customers into thinking that it is only them. For example, I have had the "your network has been hacked" answer which is designed to imply that it is in some way my fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue still ongoing for me Paramount have issentially washed their hands of the problem told me to sort the issue out with sky,&amp;nbsp; paramount insist I dont have a subscripton with thwm despite me providing them with a screenshot of my Sky acount with it confirming I already have a premium upgraded account via Sky, paramounts attitude is there is nothing they can do, meanwhile was advised by a Sky customer service repersensitive,&amp;nbsp; to downgrade my Paramount plus on sky to a Standard which would allow me access to paramount plus,&amp;nbsp; which both the Mysky app and the website show a error when I try to and means the downgrade doesnt happen, I have now submitted a complaint to sky because I am essentially fed up of trying to refectify a issue myself,&amp;nbsp; that is not my fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
