topic Sky Stream sound after ad breaks in Sky Stream

Recently moved from SkyQ to Sky Stream. Have put HDMI lead into the back of my Pioneer AV Sound system that has Dolby Digital. We have set the puck sound setting to 'passthrough'. The issue is that when we watch a channel with adverts (don't have ad skipping) then when the adverts finish and it goes back to the program, the sound goes off. Adjusting the sound volume on the remote brings it back immediately. I can only think it is something to do with the program being in Dolby Digital and it can't cope with the switch from normal stereo output from the ads to Dolby Digital for the program. Only ever sound drop experienced is as above. Doesn't happen on BBC and only ever happens when adverts end. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
