ps I actually get a better service casting the app from my phone to the same TV. That's how awful the puck is.

Don't get this heap of garbage if you enjoy watching live sport, it's easily the worst thing invented. The menus operate like they are on dial up connection, I am not with sky broadband as they are absolutely shocking too, overall, sky do not care about their customers. Good riddance

I started off with complaints about live sports. They've confirmed with me on a call that this isn't live TV, and I'll just have to accept some delay. This was not explained when I signed my contract and I do not understand how this is legal.

Since then it's become even worse. My stream box is plugged into the Ethernet, yet still I get massive blotchy, pixelated screens, and jittering, when watching any app – Prime, Disney+, Netflix. It's a real slap in the face of a service and I would urge anyone thinking of signing up to avoid it.

All the Sky stuff from NOWTV. Works like a charm.
