cannot get message on screen to say GET DISCOVERY PLUS

I have been trying to get this to work. spent 6 hours on this. Finally checked with Sky customer service, I am fully subscribed for Discovery plus as well as TNT SPORTS. I install QR CODE and the message I get is sign in not GET DISCOVERY. Having spoken to Discovery plus support team. They cannot understand why I get sign in instead of GET DISCOVERY. Please can you help this has been a nightmare.

If you try signing in you go back to getting a new QR which is absolutely ridiculous. Also to add insult into injury I get a message that says subscribe now

Let's take a step back. Bear in mind we are fellow customers on the community not Sky.

You have Sky with TNT sports. Have you activated Discovery plus online and linked the two accounts as per this article? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-discovery-plus

Clarify what you mean I get sign in instead of getting discovery? Is on the app on Glass? Have you tried signing up via my sky and online and then signing in on your TV?

Please provide more details as your post isn't overly clear.
