      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4596085"&gt;@Katie1966&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4558788"&gt;@Davey791&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Rebooting the puck will often resolve the technical fault message. &amp;nbsp;You can either unplug the puck for a few minutes and then plug it in again and the puck will reboot. &amp;nbsp; Alternatively go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With either method the puck will take a couple of minutes to reboot during which time you will have a blank screen until the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
