    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/199900"&gt;@emmafox061001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Try resetting the ITVX app on your puck. &amp;nbsp;To reset it open the app &amp;amp; enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app.&amp;nbsp;After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy &amp;amp; cookies information. Select continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note - there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you have the ITVX homepage open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Watching itvx and half way through streaming completely blanked then unable to pick any Chanel, went on itvx through a TV app and working fine is there an issue ?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only issue is that SkyOS on the stream puck is generally glitchy unless you perform daily reboots and have jitter-free broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
