Hi, ever since I've had my sky thenbox makes a constant buzz/beep noise. I've tried everything and it still buzz, I thought it was normal but many other sky customers have told me its not. Please could some one get in touch to send me a new one or a technician to come out and fix it. King regards Amy west

@Amylw13 Sky cannot match an account to a post so nobody will call you so you will have to call them.

You have posted in the Sky Stream forum and given the oucks have no moving parts it woukd be extremly odd for one to make a noise sodoreportvthat. However the older Sky Q and Sky HD+ boxes contain hard discs which will make some noise normally. If you have Sky Q and it is the main box then Sky will swap them for you if the box is very noisy..If you still have SKyHD+ those boxes are your property and you would have to source one yourself as Sky stopped supplying replacements some years ago.

I have the same issue, it is very annoying. How did you get it resolved?
