      <title>Why has Sky cancelled my stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night I turned on my sky and got a frozen screen saying would I like to turn on voice control. After trying the reset it was still showing the same thing so I left it and went to bed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i woke up this morning to an email saying my TV package has been cancelled from today. I have not asked for this to happen I have also not received any other communication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help me please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
