However Sky Q is still active and viewable.&nbsp;<BR />Rang Sky CS but they rightly said Sky Q should immediately deactivate once Sky stream is activated....I agreed but Sky Q still active. I'm slightly concerned as I have 2 Direct Debits due to come out on the 28th Jan and CS are scratching their heads over this.
