https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Puck-stuck-you-re-now-connected-screen/m-p/4529048#M671 <P>Just plugged my my puck in for the first time. firstly I got to the part where you connect to the network and after connecting through WiFi I was stuck on the &nbsp;checking your status screen so I looked on these forums for help and everyone said to update the puck manually by holding down the power button on the puck. &nbsp;I've done that it updated but now I'm stuck on the you're now connected screen I can't press anything it's as if it's frozen. The remote lights up so I assume it's working and I've tried unplugging for 30 seconds and restating but it's still stuck on the same screen.
