      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that but if you have an issue I would assume you follow all the instructions to troubleshoot on screen and not stop half way through, I only had the puck since Tuesday this week, are the puck problems a regular issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
