Sky stream box freezing, won't turn off

My sky stream box keeps freezing, sometimes the screen goes blank. The box won't turn off with the remote so I have to unplug it. The sound also sometimes goes off. Any suggestions ?

@Abslou The first thing to check is your broadband speed, you can check this on Netflix where there is an option to check your speed.

Is your router connected via an Ethernet cable? If not where is your router in relation to your puck? With this information it might give us a guide as to what is causing the problem.

My internet speed is usually around 150. The puck is connected over wifi, and the router is the same room as the puck

Could be a dodgy puck. Ring Sky for assistance and possible replacement.

@Abslou The puck and the router being in the same room no guarantee that it will connect properly. It is necessary for them to have a clear line of sight. If that doesn't fix it then yes contact Sky.
