    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4529264"&gt;@Claire366&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hi Claire, &amp;nbsp;you didn't say how long you have had the puck but there are usually three &amp;nbsp;reasons why this might suddenly start doing this if previously ok.. &amp;nbsp;One is you have a puck that has developed a fault in which case you need to contact Sky and request a replacement. &amp;nbsp;Secondly especially if you are connected to your router via WiFi then you have unintentionally done something to disturb the signal between your router and your puck. &amp;nbsp;If either has moved or something has blocked the line of sight between the two this can disrupt the signal. &amp;nbsp;Thirdly have you placed anything near your puck as this works best stood on its own without anything touching it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky puck has recently started playing up, it turns its self off and has moments of just going black screen until turned over to a different channel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
