Our puck is constantly faulty - it won't start, can't get a wifi connection (we have full fibre broadband and no other devices have issues), shows on the planner won't play, the sound suddenly just stops (again, no issues with other connected devices). I'm sick or having to reset the puck every couple of days just to use it.
