    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4578051"&gt;@Mark746&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you are reporting happens quite often. &amp;nbsp;It actualy happened to me a few years ago when I returned a Multiroom box. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully you kept your proof of posting so give Sky customer services a call and they should sort it out over the phone. &amp;nbsp;In my case it was resolved in a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>sky puck return reminders after sending it back</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've returned the sky puck and associated equipement as requested on november 21st and have proof of postage. I received confirmation that the courier had it on November 24th. I then had reminders to return the equipment threatening charges on Dec 5th and Dec 25th (thanks for that one).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you advise how i can contact Sky or escalate this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
