It seems that there are some stability issues with some ISPs kit or infrastructure.

I did suffer this myself in June for a few months, EE rolled out an updated to the router which caused all my pucks to display no WiFi messages. After trouble shooting sky provided that it was a DNS issue, I complained to EE and they provided me with th Pro kit (which I should have automatically been upgraded too but hadnt). Since then I've had no issues again with the set up.

There is no excuse for sky pucks having issues with skys network and kit, but there are many many variables when it comes to other providers.

MikeAlanR

Is everybody like me getting fed up with the Sky puck, The Skype It's an absolute disaster always resetting always fed up with waisting time over the sky puck not working properly, I do not know what I am paying for, I have just been advised I cannot have ultra tv which I pay extra for as it is messing with the puck, it seems that there is so many issues with the sky puck, I wonder how they are able to make us pay for the service, I am more and more using my built in tv apps and Amazon tv. Are there anyone else feel the same ?
