@Ram+jam you've posted in the Sky Stream too. Do you have Sky Stream? Or Sky+?

@Ram+jam Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

@Ram+jam Hi welcome to the forum. The first thing to ask is have you paired the remote to your tv as per the instructions?

If not hold down on your remote 7&9 together and hold for 3 seconds, that will reset the remote, then press 1&3 together for 3 seconds and follow the on screen instructions. I hope that helps.
