topic Sky stream issues in Sky Stream

I have had my sky puck up and running for 3 weeks. Every day I have to reset it as the picture freezes. It is connected by WiFi using EE and is in the same room. Also last night I could not get onto Sky store using my login. Are both these issues normal or have I a faulty box. Not impressed with sky at all.

@Alan296 Hi Alan. Obviously what is happening is not normal but not necessarily a problem with your box. It is more likely your set up.

You say the router is in the same room as your puck, but does it have a clear line of sight to each other with nothing in the way? Also check if your puck has a clear space all around it without it not sitting on a dvd player or sound bar and nothing on top of it.
Check all these things and report back, also knowing your internet speed would help.

If you are using EE broadband you may be hitting an issue that has affected other EE broadband users.

If you take a look at this thread https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass/Sky-glass-losing-connection/m-p/5168211#M175043 you will see what the solution was that sorted the problem out for another customer.
