      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4572101"&gt;@SionaPoulton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hi Siona, &amp;nbsp;It sounds like your Sky Stream was working ok but is now causing problems, is the right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way try a few things. &amp;nbsp;Go to Settings (scroll down the Homr page or say "Settings" using your voice button. &amp;nbsp;Go to System management, Resets &amp;amp; updates and chose Refresh apps. &amp;nbsp;Wait until it automatically returns you to the home page, it takes a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have done that go back into System management Resets &amp;amp; updates and select Restart device and again wait for it to return you to the Home page. &amp;nbsp; See if that works and let us now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First, try doing a settings &amp;nbsp;restart of your Sky Stream puck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Different ways to get to the settings menu;&lt;BR /&gt;Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, might be worth doing a restart if your broadband hub/router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure your Sky Stream Puck us in standby when doing that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
