    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m seeing a repeatable audio issue with Sky Stream that only affects channels requiring a PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When tuning to a channel that needs the PIN, there is no audio at all. Channels that do not require a PIN work perfectly every time. Flicking between TV and Soundbar audio output does not resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, if I flick back and forth between channels, the audio will eventually start working on the PIN protected channel, but it can take multiple attempts and is very inconsistent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setup details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• TV: Sony Bravia XR-55A95L&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• Soundbar: Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• TV and soundbar connected via eARC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• eARC cable is HDMI 2.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• Sky Stream Puck connected directly to the TV using an HDMI 2.1 cable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the issue occurs, the Bravia audio app reports that no audio stream is being detected by either the TV or the soundbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried multiple HDMI cable combinations and different ports, including swapping cables entirely, but the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have never been any similar audio issues with other devices connected to the same setup, including a PS5 and a Blu-ray player. Audio works flawlessly with those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems very specifically tied to Sky Stream and PIN protected channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posting to see if others are experiencing the same thing or if Sky are aware of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
