Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check what your puck is getting by opening netflix&amp;gt; profile pic &amp;gt; get help? &amp;gt; Connectivity check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to reposition your puck or may have better luck connecting via homeplugs or ethernet. Ensure that your turn WiFi off in the settings if you do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>New to sky stream...all set up last week ..it is however blanking out screen for a couple of seconds then after 20 or so minutes screen goes grey , anyone have any ideas?</description>
