    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Thanks for the reply, yes the WiFi is turned off, I've been though the settings twice with sky &amp;nbsp;and full reset and app refresh, Sky today did a line check and said the issue is with the internal setup not the line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have turned everything off rebooted and connected only the puck, the tv now works but the puck seems very slow and still with issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not very impressed with this as it's been going on for months now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky stream and upgrade problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since taking advantage of free sky broadband upgrades and switching to sky stream &amp;nbsp;I have had a "stream" of problems. After 2 phone calls with sky talking through the issues and talking through step by step reset etc I still have issues as follows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix sometimes worked mostly didn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BBC iplayer as above&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New apps don't work when downloaded until app refresh done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regularly get no internet connection on screen ( direct link to router via cable)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regularly having to turn the puck off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this upgrade has been nothing but trouble and really getting fed up up with it now. I will seriously consider changing the supplier if not sorted soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
