Need help I was on a basic package before £18 I obviously didn't understand what I got into

I paid £18 basic package because of stuck indoors more in winter I thought I signed up for an extra £4 a month making my monthly bill £22.00 I have a budget and can't go any more than that and I just notice bill of £27.63 as came out my account... Plz amend this as what ever what u have taken it will affect my bill for my BT coming off

@DonnaStevenson You're not talking to Sky Customer service by posting here, no one on the community can change your TV packages, you would need to speak to Sky again.

If you look in your account at MySky, you'll be able to see the bill for whatever payment was taken. If it's incorrect, you'll then need to speak with Sky as this is a customer to customer help forum and not Sky customer services.

If you are a new customer and its your first bill it may be higher than normal because it may cover a period longer than one month.
