Stream oucks need sufficent bandwidth butvas important is stablecdignal free from interference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My sky stream now for the past 2 weeks keeps dropping and we cannot access anything unless we reset the puck or reboot the entire system</description>

If not does your router have a clear line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way.and is your puck and router clear of any objects near them? &amp;nbsp;This can often effect the signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
