It is good to see you have tried various things. Not being near other electrical things is good but make sure nothing at all is touching it or very close to it, the same goes for your router, also check the router is not near a window or mirror. Finally has your router got a clear line of sight to your puck with nothing at all in the way? I hope that helps.

(not that this will cure it, but also to make life easier when it happens rather than unplugging the puck just go to Settings then Sysyem management and chose Restart)

I know this has been posted before but I have not seen a resolution.

My Sky Puck keeps freezing, around 3 times per week at intermittent times.

The Puck is located away from any other electrical device and is getting around 130Mbps wifi signal.

The puck is running the latest software version.

In order to restart I need to unplug the puck and restart.

Any help on how to resolve is much appreciated.

I'm afraid the puck and Sky support are junk.

Nothing ever gets fixed, particularly as Sky never admit there are any problems, just our own networks.

Not any help to you, but I have exactly the same issue.

If I leave it the picture eventually comes back. I also get audio drop outs, where the picture carries on as it should, but there's no sound.
