I know that it's not my Internet as before I joined Sky. I never had this problem, so I'm wondering if it is the sky puk This is happening on almost every channel I try and watch. Not even been connected for a week with Sky and it's a daily issue.

Hi @Chels8 so it could be a puck issue but it could also be an internet/network issue, as just because other devices work on the internet they work completely differently to how Sky's streaming service works.

The first thing to check is the download speed the sky puck is getting. You can do this by opening the Netflix app on the puck going to Get Help and Check Your Network and it will run a network diagnostic and tell you the download speed. Its worth running this a couple of times at different times to get a rough average of the speed.
