Whilst holding the button, turn the main power back on. Keep the button depressed until the puck's light starts flashing red/yellow and release it when it the light turns white. You should see a Sky logo on your TV screen but wait a couple of minutes for the reboot to complete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the puck still doesn't work then you're probably best ringing Sky for a replacement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
