There have been some app changes and issues around the C5app, with a fair few posts a few weeks back on here.

Most seem resolved now.

Can you do the following.

Do a settings restart of your Sky Stream;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Put your Sky stream puck into standby and do a broadband router/hub restart.

Lastly do an app refresh;

Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.

Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.

You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.

Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
An app refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.

When I try to watch shows particualrly netflix or 5 the programme either doesn't start - just getting a black screen, or it gets to the adverts and then freezes. this has been happeneing for about 2 weeks now and is very annoying.

@chrissymi Hi, firstly go into Settings and System management and press App refresh. After a short while it will return you to the Home Screen, see if that sorts out Netflix. Why only Channels 5 is puzzling but have you changed anything in the room your puck is in? For instance does your router and puck still have a clear line of sight without anything blocking it, or have you put an object close to either of them recently? Just a couple of suggestions to try, I hope they work.
