I seem to be bouncing from one issue to another with my sky puck first it was no sound on various channels now its lip sync but on sky programmes only.Im 66 years old am I expected to keep dragging my tv out so I can unplug it to reset the tv.I have done absolutely everything twice thrice and more to stop the lip sync it just doesn't go away.My sony bravia 8 mk2 is tune to perfection along with bravia theater 8 soundbar. As a returning customer this is soooo disappointing.

@davitth Hi., firstly there should be no need to drag your tv out to power on and off. Just pull the power lead out of the back of the puck and leave it for a minute before plugging back in.. Alternatively even easier because you can do it from your armchair, go into Settings, System management and select Restart. Secondly stay in Settings and then Pictue/Sound and try different options especially as you have a sound bar, I found Passthrough worked for me. I hope that helps.
