      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes to all of those, and our internet is fine. It loads the tv lists etc just not the actual program when you click on it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thsi will tell you the download speed the puck is getting as its quite possible the puck isn't getting a strong and stable enough internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
