Curb your enthusiasm

I have added curb your enthusiasm on sky comedy to a playlist and when I watch an episode there is no button to skip ads although ad skipping is listed in my sky account profile?

Yes. I can ff thru ads and the program.

@josh+prior have you tried rebooting the puck just to see if that restores the "skip ads" button?

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

yes have rebooted but still no button. I'm new to sky stream and want to ask something. If I did not have the ad skipping add on, would I be able to manually fast forward thru ads?

@josh+prior is this happening only on Curb your enthusiasm, or are you also seeing this on other Sky on-demand shows?

No. Without ad skipping you cannot fast forward through the ads.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Can I ask, are you in the UK or ROI? As the service only recently became available in the ROI, if that's the case, can you skip forward on any on demand content?

I am in ROI. I can skip forward within on demand content.
